Subject: Fire-Boltt Smartwatch Not Charging – Request for Support

Dear Fire-Boltt Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to report an issue with my Fire-Boltt smartwatch. A few days ago, the device died, and I was out of town without the charger. Now, it will not charge when plugged in. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

– Cleaned the charging contacts
– Verified the charger and cable with other devices
– Ensured proper alignment of the magnetic charger
– Attempted a forced restart

Despite these efforts, the watch remains unresponsive. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. Kindly let me know if there are any additional steps I should try, or if the device needs servicing or replacement.
