Dear Fire-Boltt Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to report an issue with my Fire-Boltt smartwatch. A few days ago, the device died, and I was out of town without the charger. Now, it will not charge when plugged in. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

– Verified the charger and cable with other devices
