My name is Honey Pandey.I have purchased One Fire Boltt Supernova watch on Invoice No : DE2RI2223227900 Invoice Date : 16/01/2023 and the product was delivered . While receiving the product was not in good working condition. It was having touch issue .I have registered Complaint for warranty in Fire Boltt Site ticket ID-699476.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to isupport@fireboltt-complaint.freshdesk.com After so many mails & telcon discussions on helpline number I got reply on phone that the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, and the product was picked from me arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10
to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 20 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. Because they dont have new watch for replacement .(but it is avaialble in black colour on Fireboltt offficial webiste, which i am ready to take )
After telecon discussion with Customer care they are saying that they will issue me a coupon to repurchase the watch. But i will have to pay for current price of Rs.4299/-. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative & arrange to refund my amount with compensation for harassment.
