Dear Team, in the month Aug 2023 I placed an order for the Fireboltt vogue watch, but unfortunately during bith the times I was been provided with Dead piece.
The replacement request was accepted due to the valid reason and it was informed to me that the same model and colour will be provided.
I tried reaching their support every alternative day via calls and mail but the only response i am receiving from them is that wait for few days we dont have a stock. It is 2 months now.
They are forcing me to accept for the Refurbished product or else go for some cheepo models that is not relevant. They have the stock for same model in steel mesh but they are not providing it tome.
I asked them to refund my amount if they cannot provide the model for which i paid unfortunately theyy are not ok with this approach aswel.
I request you to please help me in getting my product back or the refund of it.
