As I had order’d watch from Amazon on 30st June 2021. Order No:406-3164284-9505101
They sent the watch which stoped working after one month. So we raised complaint to replace the watch. after so many emails they replace watch which was completely different from orignal watch which I had ordered.
Quality of watch is so low… look like it is duplicate watch that I have received …
Even the color is pink where as the orignal colour was gold.
Now from past 4 months I tryng to reach custome care but again and again they are saying that the watch is already replaced… I am not able to do one-to-one communication.
every time there customer care no is engaged.
Request you to please help me out…
