I have purchased a smart watch spo2 fireboltt ninja call 2 on 5/05/2022 . And after 15 days it stops working. I register a complain online they told me that watch will replaced or upgrade as I want but after 2 days my complain is closed without any resolution. Now I am trying to connect with their customer care but they are not reponding
