I purchase a Fire boltt Smartwatch BSW 002 model on 22.08.2021 through Amazom. The supplier of the watch was Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 119, Gallops Industrial Park – 1, Village Rajoda Taluk, Balva District, Ahemdabad (Guj). After 8-10 the smartwatch touch screen went out of order and no touch screen function was enable. I contacted Amazon and Apprario both. On 21st Oct. 2021 the ECON Express Courier Service pickup the return with reference no AWB – 5529174363 (image enclosed). On 11th Nov. 2021, I received a phone call from Bombay office asking about the replacement or return the amount. I opted replacement. The Bombay office company executive told me that in within 15 days, you will not got your replacement contact on phone no 022-48965957. Since 1st Dec. 2021 onward I am continuously contacting on this phone but I was not entertained by any company executive so far. You are requested to look into this matter seriously and manage to send the replacement of smartwatch as early as possible
