I purchased the smart watch 1st may 2022 and after one month the watch not working properly and after few days the watch facing display problem. I was going to reliance store, where the watch was purchased. then they said generate online complaint and the company collect the watch then one month no one is come and get the watch. Then I call customer care the executive told me sir generate one more ticket online. We will send you WRN number through email from fireboltt mail. You show the mail reliance store and get hand to hand replacement, but reliance store refuse to replacement. What should I do.
