Hi Team,
I order fireboltt invincible plus for the fireboltt website. After 5 days they have shipped a faulty watch(titled dial).
Then I raised a request to replacement (which is not a easy task) . After 5-7 days they got the faulty item from me and told that they will replace with 10 days but it has been more then 20 days, i am not getting and update from them.
When I call the service desk they are telling that ther was an issue with the system so informing me to either opt for a coupon (which will take 3-5 days to generate) or an alternative watch (old product) .
I spoke with komal (supervisor) she was polite but really didn’t help me in any other way . They are not concerned about the customer at all .
They are informing that the product is out of stock but they are selling it in their website.
Please do take action..
