So I purchased the fireboltt beast pro gold in April. And the audio stopped working in August so I submitted the watch in service center they told me to give the product and I’ll get the replacement watch in 20 days. But its been 2 months I haven’t received any replacement product. They told me that the product is out of stock so I’ll receive the coupon of same amount but since last one month they aren’t sending me any coupon. I have tried calling customer care no one picks up and also no one replies to my mail. I lost my 3799 on shity product. Neither sending the watch nor the coupon code. Such a pathetic service. Instead of spending money on celebrity for marketing fireboltt should improve the pathetic customer service.
