I purchased the Fireboltt Thunder Black smart watch. It had the Bluetooth connectivity issue so i contacted Fireboltt support. They arranged a reverse pickup and took the watch. After waiting for 5 days they replied that the watch was out of stock and they would send a coupon code (which only worked on their website). Their ALL ROUND WATCHES ARE OUT OF STOCK, so I requested a refund, but the company refused. They doesn’t even have restocked their watches since October, so either bring them back in stock or give me my money.
