March 18th 2024 I purchased Fireboltt Expedition smart watch from Fireboltt website. After 2-3 days it stopped working. I raised complaint for the same they took the product back to warehouse.
After 1 month they send me a wrong product which is Fireboltt terra that to was not in working condition that product was faulty.
Again I raised complaint against they took that product back to warehouse.
Again after 10-15 days i received different product which is Fireboltt quest which was also not in working condition that one too faulty product. Now again I’ve raised a complaint for the same no proper resolution is provided yet. They are asking for multiple evidence which I’ve already shared with them.
