I have ordered a smart watch and due to a scratch on screen I returned it. They received the product at their warehouse on 17th October 2022 (no refunds initiated till then). No updates till a week, then I started contacting the customer service and oh boy, what a shitty and falseful service they have. Hope no one gets in that situation to talk to those a**holes. Today is 16th November and I just called the 11th time for returned and still got the reply “we have escalated your case to the concerned team”. Manager name: Prajjwal. waited for month than a month and heard to excuses like “no manager”, “refund system bug”, “application problem” “wait 3 days”, “wait 7 days”. They don’t have the balls to accept that they have scammed the money. What shitty brand, worst mistake of my life.
