I did order a new smartwatch(Fireboltt Vogue) on your official website. Your team delivered me a defected and refurbished product So i did replacement request on it with ticket no – 2077714. then Your team deliver me a old and cheap model – Fireboltt 360.So I will never accept this product anything anymore.
