Text of Complaint by Srini:

I have purchased FireBoltt BSW002 from Cred app in Mar 2022. After using of couple of months it stopped working. Not charging and do not powering on. No proper response from FireBoltt even after multiple reminders! Hopeless company. It’s still in warranty but company do not care about their customers. I lost hopes. Cred is also irresponsible as they say invoice to come from FireBoltt which they still failed to get which is mandatory for servicing. Both the companies do not respond!
