I have brought Fireboltt Ear Buds i given complaint on June21st 2021 now it is november 2021 till date no response,
FIREBOLTT EAR BUDS BE1000
a) Purchased on 10th Feb 2021 with paying 100% Advance
b) On March I found the Earbud BE1000 is not working so I gave complaint ,it has been said to fill the process online google form with Video /photo and all screen short,I followed all the process as per Savex Fireblott but it has never responded for serval months
c) Than in August 2021 I called Mr.Sameer Qureshi / Mr.Sumeet Mangalani the Products Manager of Savex-Fireboltt ,after several call no response ,only promise was happening on phone,
d) On August 2021 after serval calls they Sameer / Sumeet said to bring to Savex Chembur godwon for services ,the procuct was send with Orginal Invoice & deliver challan they said the document is not valid the Chembur Savex person has send us back,with out any service,
e) On September 1oth 2021 around Mr.Sumitt / Mr.Sameer has told to send it to Lowerparel for services ,we have followed the same & took to Lowerparel for service and they has given another one,when I brought home and checked it was not working,
f) Than I again called to Mr.Sammer he said to send to Sameer Jogeshwari home which he would do the need full ,as suggested I have send to Sameer Home with letter he has acknowledged with signature on 21st September 2021,
g) 11th October 2021 when I called both Mr.Sameer / M.Sumitt they said would give you smart Watch worth of Rs 4000 but he required money in advance
After several followup the product is still with Savex-Fireboltt
Why they are showing Bollywood start & Virat Koli only to cheat comman people,
