I have ordered Fire Boltt Tank through Amazon and the product was delivered. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use its screen get cracked automatically.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced after checking the defective product, and the product was picked from me on,through Bluedart arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10
to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. ?
