Text of Complaint by D S NANDA:

My name is D.S.Nanda.I have ordered One Fire Boltt Ninza Calling Smart watch on 30.05.2022 through Amazon and the product was delivered on 05.06.2021. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to Sopport @firebolt.com & [email protected] on 19th August 2022 but still no response received from Firebolt.Also I am unable to contact the customer Service over phone.
