We purchased the Fireboltt Smart watch in December 2021 and it works only for 2 months, after that the watch is not working. we connected with customer care, they created one ticket i.e., 61835. I had reverted back on their mail as per instruction given in mail. I got reply from their side on 9th march that product will be pickup in 4-5 days. no one came for pickup. i connected to customer care on 14th March again person asked me mam your product will pickup in 4-5 days, no one came. i again called on 21st March i asked to talk to their senior. she does not transfer call and again saying product will pickup in another 4-5 days. i am calling to customer care since yesterday, no one is picking my call.
