Ihave purchase the firebolt Phoenix smartwatch on date 19/02/2023 after few days it stopped working on date 17/03/2023 I have given into the service center in Hyderabad f1 service center at begumpet after I have got a warranty claim coupon code to purchase alternative product And
I have placed the order using coupon code worth rupees 1798 and I have paid 1 rupees total in amount 1799
And the order is placed on date 03/04/2023 after 1 week
I have call to customer care number to now the order status they says that there company server are not working I didn’t say nothing exactly after another 1 week I have call back to the customer care number they say same like whenever I call to the customer care number they are saying the same till today 16 days complete but till I didn’t receive any email about status of my order
