Sub ID 1011977657. Fire stick not functioning since 8 September 2021. Several complaints lodged, but no avail. Further came to know that complaint closed without resolution. Also send a legal notice on 18 September with 7 day period, but no action still taken. I am being charged on daily basis without being able to avail services.
