I had purchased fire bolt quantum smart watch from fire boltt website on 1st June the product was defective the delivery boy came and took the defective watch now they are not replacing it when asking for a refund they are saying we cannot give a refund only coupon to shop again on our website. This is a scam company. Not even providing the replacment product.
