Text of Complaint by Pawan Kumar Pal:

I bought this product on first day sale on fire boltt official site. after 15 days i was found that TWS connectivity with smart watch is not working. so i raised an replacement request based on the conversation of fire boltt customer executive. he raised request for the replacement as per policy and raised an reverse pickup for faulty product. firebolt team had received default product with all accessories with in it. then sent an email that replacement product you will get with 7- 10 working days. when i called after 10 days that i haven’t replacement product they said price of same products are high now so please take a coupon of paid amount and buy new same product by paying additional payment. as previous executive over call and email has clearly said you will get replacement with int 7-10 days. they are doing fraud with me as selling defective product on first day sale and in the name of replacement forcing me buy the same product with high price with coupons code by asking to pay differential amount. Fire boltt team is doing mental harassment of me with wrong information and fraud marketing strategy.
