My name is mahesh muddam.I have ordered One Fire Boltt SPO2 1.69 on 05.06.2021 through Amazon and the product was While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to [email protected] After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, and the product was picked from Bluedart arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10 days I received e com express delivery I am open my box no replace and no working same problem coming.
I am calling from costmar care number of times no response.
