Text of Complaint by Anil Prasad:

My name is Anil Prasad. I have ordered One Fire Boltt 360 Pro on 09.10.2021 through Amazon and the product was delivered on time. When I received the product it was working fine but now it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting on. I have registered complain on their site and complain ticket numbers are 135027 and 133030 since product is still under warranty.

First they replied that they will pick the product and replace with new one after verification of the defective product. They have scheduled the pick up twice to my old address whereas I have asked them to schedule pick up to my new address which I have already given them.

But now they are not responding at all. I have been trying to connect them but there is no hope. I have sent emails, dropped messages on Messenger and tried to reach the customer care support team on 022 48965957 but unfortunately there is no response to my emails and messages and also calls never connect to the customer care support team, it always disconnect automatically.

I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative for early resolution.
