My name is Rohit Tiwari. I purchased “Fire-Boltt Ring BSW005 Blue(244251)” at 30th Jan 2022 from CROMA store. But after few days it’s get physically damaged so i asked to fire boltt support abut replacement and he told about process i.e.

Hope you and your loved ones are fit and fine.

Please be informed as per the case which you escalated to us after validating by our back end team it falls under physical damage.

Hence request you to let us know if you Agree with the below T&C

1. Customer has to pay 50% of the invoice value.

2. Once we receive the payment we shall arrange a Reverse pickup for the damage unit which shall take 3-5 business days.

3. Once the damage unit reaches us shall help you with the 100% coupon code of the invoice value from which you can purchase the product from our official website.

and then by following this process i paid 50% of amount and reverted on same mail with screenshot of payment succeed. But after 5 days i did not received any reply from them even between 3-5 business days my damaged watch should be picked up and my provide coupon code process should be initiated.

I tried many times to take follow up on call and mail as well but they are not answering. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. ?
