Text of Complaint by Kripa shanker Gautam:

My name is kripa shanker gautam.I have ordered Fire Boltt ninja call 2 smatwatch on 28.02.2022 through fire boltt official website product was delivered on 3.03.2021. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after 3 days of use it stopped touch & disaplay not working and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in claim replacement Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to [email protected] on 10 th march. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, also I still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative
