Text of Complaint by KADVA IBRAHIM:

Complaint lodged on 28th OCT 2025, and waited for a month, still no feedback. I tried to reach the customer care number 022-69856666, but no response. Also, try to visit the Customer Care Service Centre personally as mentioned on the Website, but no service centre was located at the given address.

I have no option but to file a Consumer Complaint against Fire Bolt Company, as a waste of time on reaching you and getting mentally harassed for the product purchased. Need replacement or get repaired before the warranty period purchase.
