I had purchased Max watch on 04/10/2022 and due to battery issue i had given my watch to nearest service centre for replacement on 29/07/2023 but till now its been they haven’t replaced my watch + they also promised to give cupon of fireboltt for the invoice amount so i can repurchase the watch as they are not having that model but till now they have not done any thing hence please look into the matter. Also note fireboltt many customer facing this issue due to their pathetic after sales service.
