I ordered Fire Boltt Smart watch (SpO2, Black, 1.4inch Smart watch) from Amazon. Back Cover came out within 4 months from purchase. I have already sent mail on 1st Dec 2021 to log this complaint so that the product can be replaced while it is still in warranty. Also provided details of issue, product damage video and image on the google link provided by Fire Boltt customer support team. on 19th Dec, received a confirmation for product pick up within 4 to 5 days and after that replacement to be initiated within 7-10 working days. The product is not picked up from my place till date. I have sent 3 reminder emails after 19th Dec,.i.e., on 27th Dec, 3rd Jan & 10th Jan, but no response from fire boltt. this is highly unprofessional. Expect resolution of the issue very urgently.

Fire Boltt After Sale Service Quality is very very poor….
We have registered the below complaints but still not resolved till date… Call not reached the customer service centre…. In the last 3 months my replacement watch has not been received… We have a continuous mail to the support team with fire Boltt nodal officer but not a single reply received from fire Boltt Team ???
