My name is Mousumi sen.I have ordered One Fire Boltt NINJA BSW007on 20.12.21through fire boltt website and the product was delivered on 24.12.21 by blue dart. While receiving the product damaged strap colour.I ordered beige colour but received baby pink colour.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 26th October After so many mails.contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone.But no response.I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. ?
