I had placed on order for the Fireboltt ring pro on 21.06.2022, and wanted to cancel it the next day. The fireboltt website said that I will be able to refuse delivery when it comes to my door and that’s how the order can get cancelled. I refused delivery on 25.06.2022. I have trying to contact fireboltt customer service through emails, calls, whatsapp, instagram, but have received no response from them. The only mail I got from them said that they will not accept any return/replacement request if the product is not defective. They haven’t understood my query and are not bothered to answer their calls or emails which I have been sending every single day.
