Text of Complaint by Gaurav:

I’ve filed a complaint against my defective product with Boltt. my defective watch got picked up and received by Boltt warehouse on 10th July 2023. I’m following up on email since last one month but Boltt is not providing me replacement nor refunding my money.
I’ve given 2 options to them to pay refund in my bank account or provide me Amazon voucher of invoice amount (as watch was bought from Amazon) but no response from Boltt side.
Complaint with Amazon as well but they are saying after return window it’s between customer and company and Amazon is not responsible.
What action can be taking against Boltt as company that can resolve this issue ASAP and must not be repeated with any other customer.
