I have made 3 orders through fire boltt website however was not able to take the delivery and the item was returned back. All the 3 orders were prepaid orders. It’s been more than month and I am still waiting for refund. Fireboltt call center is only giving excuse to wait for 3-5 working days. The filled case number are 196003, 196019 and 250038.
