I have purchased Fireboltt wonder smart watch on 9th August 2022,
After some days it stops working fully so i raised Warranty issue regarding the same.
Got response from fireboltt to replace item within 3-4 working days
and got replaced item within approximately 10 days. But i got different item in replacement.
Raised issue for the same again on 27th Sep. 2022. But from last 22 days daily i am sending mails to Fire-Boltt but not at all response from the and they are not providing any solution on call as well.
This is too much 3rd class service from Fire-Boltt but in this i am getting affected.
Need some action on them so they can understand people facing problem because of there 3rd class service
