We have bought new product directly from fireboltt company . Product name is fireboltt dream smartwatch. Company has delivered faulty Product. Device getting over heated and battery getting drained fast. Even belt locking system very poor. We are trying to submit online company on their website even not able to submit complaint. We have mailed them all queries . No response from them. Even we are not able to reach customer care and talk with them regarding our query
