I bought a smart watch (Fireboltt-Cobra-Commo-Black) from Fire Boltt which was defective. I had to request for a replacement from fireboltt service center (Bhopal) which after a lot of correspondence they decided to send it after 15-20 days.
The replacment received is not the same watch but a different model. It was Fireboltt – Supernova (A lower variant and a cheap model)
I raised ticket to the customer support and requested them to send the same model which they are refusing by saying that it’s against their company policy.
I requested them that I don’t want a different model please send me the same original model that I purchased from flipkart.
I spoke to the customer executive, she says they dont have the original model in stock which is a lie as we send them screen shots of the original model available on the company website.
They never responded on this however stated that it’s their policy and the replacement what they send is final and we have to accept this.
It’s cheating and the company is not transparent.
We are requesting a refund for the watch since they are unable to send us the original model as replacement.
