I bought fireboltt watch from fireboltt site. And 3 months after the watch is complaint due to poor quality. And i apply for warranty and they sent used malfunction product as warranty product. And yesterday i call customer care the customer care sais that there will no replacement in third time and denied me. I also register in site also they denied my request my ticket id – 3014747.watch is manufacturing defect they sent replacement products as damage. Please get an immediate action for my problem or refund or replacement i spend 3,799 for this watch. Very bad experience. Please get an immediate action sir its my humble request.
