I purchased Fireboltt Smartwatch BSW 002 through Amazon on 22.08.2021. The watch was supplied by Appario Retail, Pvt. Ltd., Gallops Industrial Park-1, Village Rajoda Taluk, Balva District, Ahemdabad. After 8.-.10 days watch touch screen was not working. I contacted Amazon and the supplier and also lodge a complaint on Fireboltt website. On 21st Oct. ECON Express Courier…pickup the return with reference no. AWB-.5529.174363. On 11.11.2021 I received a call from 022-.48965957, asking for replacement or refund. I opted replacement, then the call executive told me., if you will not receive the replacement within 15 days you have to contact on 022-.48965957. Since 1st Dec. I am continuously contacting but never been connected to any executive to tell my problem. You are therefore requested to look into the matter. A long period has already passed but I have not receive any replacement .so far. Uploading images for reference.
