I purchased Black Fire Boltt invincible plus (BSW097) smartwatch from the Fire Boltt web store for Rs. 4999.00. Watch was received on 2nd Sep’23 and was found defective as not working upper button . Requested Fire Boltt customer care to return the watch, but they are not doing the refund. Then will asked them to replace the defective watch, but they were not send my watch and replying that your ordered model smartwatch is not available with us hence we have sent a different model to you, which is totally wrong and cheating with the consumer and expect in India only. You order and pay for apples and they will deliver potatoes after taking advance payment. Total fraud and cheating. Need a justice
