My name is Ajeet Singh.I have ordered One Fire Boltt 360 SPO2 on 03.10.2021 through Flipkart app and the product was delivered on 06.10.2021. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after 2 month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to [email protected] on 21 January 2022. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, but they have not picked the product yet also I was told that it may again take around 10 to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 20 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.

Farzi company hai naam bade dashan chote 3 months se replace hi karwa rha hu main watch har baar ya to wrong product bhej dete hai ya fir scrap se utha kar bhej dete hai I don’t know why
I have purchased Firboltt Ninja Watch from Reliance Retaile , after 6 month its not working. When i went to Survice Center at vashi Haware Park ,they told me pls submite ur Watch Box along with watch ,then only we will replace.

Same thing here I am following up with Fire Bolt customer care past 3 months. For display issue they asked me to pay 300 Rs and they are saying they did not received. Where as I confirmed from my Bank UPI payment sent was success and credited to Bank account. Still they are refusing don’t no such big brand service is so poor.
