I have purchase fire bolt smart watch in February 2023. From August it was not working so I call to customer care of fire boltt, they said we will give you the replacement for this as it was in warranty, so they take it. After one week I call them and send the official mail regarding what about the replacement so they said right now this product is not available so we can provide you a coupon for this amount and you can purchase the product from our site.But it’s 3weeks now they have not send the coupon nor the replaced watch.I am continuously sending mail and calling to their customer support but no action is taken for this. Please help me in this situation.
