I have ordered a firebolt smart watch on 1st May 2024 and 5 days of using, it got damaged. Watch is not working properly and I am not able to connect it with my phone. I have complaint about these issue to firebolt but they take any response. I have complaint 3 times but they didn’t send any notice for replacement or repair.
