Text of Complaint by Archana B R:

Unfortunately on 28th of June 2020  (Sunday) evening we faced an horrible incident, fire Occured in  the Airtel pole which is situated infront of RS Homes apartment @ Silver Oak street, Aravind layout J P Nagar 7th Phase Bangalore 560078.

There were clusters of internet cables connected to the airtel pole were burnt because of fire. Everyone  in our area who had airtel connection from that pole has got interrupted.

I from flat no.T1 3rd floor RS Homes have taken broadband  connection had worst hit at my home as the burnt wire from the pole fell on the high tension electric wire. This happened because airtel technician has given connection from pole to my house above the high tension electric wire which is not acceptable.

As burnt cable fell on high tension electric wire a reverse high volts passed back to the airtel modem and got burst and devices connected from modem also got burnt. Due to this incident my TV, home theater, Tata sky set up box, chromecast  and  Airtel Modem all are damaged and not working.

I have already logged the complaint and discussed with Airtel customer and asked for compensation as airtel team made bad connection. But no favorable response from airtel

Kindly help in this matter
