I had initially signed up with Finwell legal services, I started an application with them on 16 May 2023, which I then cancelled on 23May 2023 before our agreed mandate scheduled on the last day of the month. Finwell indicated that they will charge me a service fee of 685 but will cancel the monthly fee that we had done a debit order mandate for. they even said I should write something indicating that I want to stop the process which includes my name and ID . I did that and even verified that they will not debit the monthly amount. Month end came, they debited both amounts , the 685 and the cancelled monthly amount. When I call them , they no longer answer my calls, they now even ignore me on WhatsApp texts. I need my money back and they are scamming me out my money ! Please help
