I had ordered on 22/07/2020 on the website Finifoxfashion.in and my order no. Was 49997 as in the order copy enclosed here (PFA), and my order amount was 2,624/-
The order did not reach my and it said it will process the refund.
Then I got a mail that the refund has been done, from razor pay.
It was all false and fake, the transaction details, I did not receive any complaints… I am attaching my chats on mail with razor pay regarding the same…
Till today I havent received it…
There is no sign of fini fox fashion anywhere and the contact number is also wrong.
Kindly take action.
