I have closed my loan by paying whole amount as they have penalized for not paying the intrest and it was late for 1 day . Now when i have seen this policy i have closed now they are delaying giving back my gold.
1st they said it for saturday i took a leave from office and not its monday i took another leave today and now they are saying it would come on tuesday.
