I,Tshoana Abram Moloi, 7203155625083,joined Finchoice funeral on 22/02/2023 which was for myself and spouse(premium R69) and then on then 18th May 2023 I added my aunt on the policy (R218 total premium) but unfortunately my aunt passed away on the 04th June 2023,I then wrote an email to Finchoice to inform them about cancellation due to aunt passed away But June and July 2023 they debichecked my account and I want refund,please
