They convinced me to invest money by doing tasks. Tasks 6 and 12 are prepaid tasks and you need to input money per order by merchant, 1st amount is 2900k, 2nd is 11500k and 3rd is 37000k. They said that it will be returned by 40% cashback. At first it went well but when the tasks are done and would like to withdraw the money, they instruct me to cash out the 1200k only so I did and I received it. So I ask how about the remaining money, I ask the CSR and he/she just said “balance is all yours” and I even ask if I can withdraw all of the balance,he responded “balance is all yours” so I withdraw all the balance but it was rejected and CSR told me that why I did it. He didn’t instruct me properly and I even send him a screenshot if I did right. He said it was rejected bec it was hit by the security system. He also told me that the my account was frozen by the merchant bec of what I did. It’s my money and I want to get it back. The CSR is not cooperating and he wants me to recharge 70% of total balance which is not good. Please help me so that this will not happen to anyone.
