Dear Dhani app / Indiabulls
I (Sandip Chandra), have sent you several emails and made several calls to deactivate The Dhani Subscription Charges. But you keep deducting from my bank account. I will surely take you to the court for such frauds. I’ve informed you a number of times to stop this and deactivate the subscription fee. I’ve already blocked the Dhani account and didn’t receive your any card. Still you people keep charging me every month. I need get this stopped immediately. You’ve mentally tortured me a lot and I need INR 10,00000 as compensation for this.
You’ve also played with the IPC India law (in section 421 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17). You never disclose your hidden subscription charge on you ads or anywhere. People only come to know after giving all the details and bank mandate to you. Then you keep charging them Rs. 299 every month without any reason. Even after several calls or email you don’t stop the charges and don not reply to the main concern. Also you blocked my account so that I cannot apply the closing procedure from there.
