A company named GFX Academy Pvt Ltd, Add: Shop No. 18, Rakba-70, Sector 38,39 TDI Panipat PANIPAT Panipat HR 132103 IN .
They are involved in unregulated depository schemes and promising doubling the money. Due to this innocent people are depositing hard earned money. They are running a chain scheme in the name of trading and promising people that they will double their money in 10months only. Have a look into the matter.
Even they didn’t mention any thing on their website about this, but people are innocent and still depositing their hard earned money. Even they didn’t registered themselves in SEBI and no any other legal docs they have on their website. I think they are transferring money to the people from different account, not from Pvt Ltd firm account ( Not sure, it’s my doubt)
Plz look into the matter. I have all the documents and proofs related to the fraud.

Yes, this company is running forex trading without Sebi approval. Govt need to check their authenticity or validity. The money involved is in crores now. if the company is running their work in a genuine way then why they are planning to shift to Dubai?
As a responsible citizen of India, I request govt to look into this matter.
